Reason for Forum changes

    Just to clarify things...About why we change...well basically why stick to something old when u can be better :P

    Actually several reasons why

    1) Phpbb was a bit old and Dull looking we chose this to brighten and spice thigns up a bit more..to give it more of a good look

    2) I was getting sick and tired of people signing up in Bogus email addresses this way controls it more

    3) Bugs in the old forum not very good at all...

    4) Finally to extent capabilites and services for the contributors of the forum it much better and much brighter

    Also we did not change the forum just for some Individuals we were gonna upgrade any way to make thing better and pleasant

    Images is currently Swtiched off reason being it caused a bit of problems in the last forum...i will inshallah Consider the sys admin and see what they say..about images...and ill let u know about it...

    But in the meantime i recommend if u post the Image Link itself on to the website try that...that wud be best thing..but ill try and sort the image issue out inshallah

  • Sajid, you may want to rethink the avatar issue. It may get just as bad as the flag issue turned out to be. Jeez....I hope not.

  • I was just going by the old adage of not knowing what you have until it's taken away (if we never had it, we won't miss it). I've see some pretty outlandish avatars on other boards, and others boards that prohibit customized ones but allow certain ones that the moderators choose and make available. But hey...do it any way you want. It's just my two cents worth.

    i suppose so ur correct..its just the same as signatures i supose.......unless if there is a way that people send em in to us then we judge and verfiy.......but im not too sure how this thingy works im still getting to grips with it........

    have u all checked out the Calendar fucntion for some reason its got peopel bdays on it ....not sure how......pretty cool though
