i'm wanting to by my hubby a new cell phone without a plan, just a phone...i've checked ebay so i might be buying one there but does anyone else know of anywhere that sells phones for a decent price?? thanx...Well you kind of limited it when you wrote "for a decent price," but Best Buy and Amazon sell unlocked GSM phones now. They are usually on the higher end of the pricing though. eBay is probably the way to go for the best price.ive purchased from www.newegg.com and www.buy.com

sign up for cashback, search for newegg.com, buy the phone and youll receive 15% cashback.From my experience, I wouldn't suggest buying one on ebay. I bought one off there about a year ago for my boyfriend and it must have come from another state far from me because when I got it in the mail and turned it on it kept saying "roaming" and we weren't able to activate it. I would definitely suggest checking craigslist in your local area (so you know they won't be "roaming"). People are always selling them for decent prices on there. Sometimes you can even find people selling phones that they bought and never used so you know they'll be in good shape.All the web site i gave you it pretty decent price
