I ham reading conflicting stories and plan on going to ask the doctor tomorrow when I go in.I am not hugely overweight but I could st and to lose about 20 pds an I was just wondering what you experience is with thisWhile it may make for a healthier pregnancy during and after since you are less likely to suffer from Blood pressure issues or even just mobility issues if you are seriously overweight i dont think it actually affects you getting pregnant if you have a healthy cycle and no fertility issues...No it doesnt.I think gaining weight helps, have you ever seen the Fatso's on Maury's baby daddy shows? You know what, I've always heard that keeping in shape as much as possible during pregnancy is the best thing for both you and baby but from my own experience I dont agree! I was thin before I got pregnant and now Im almost 37 weeks and aprart from my baby bump, I've lost weight b/c I've been so sick! It has made every movement of my baby so painful b/c I've no body fat to absorb it! I'm actually being induced next week b/c I cant take the pain anymore! My skin is so stretched it feels like a really bad burn, I can only wear very light clothing! If you are overweight than losing the weight will make you healthier and thus anything like pregnancy. In some cases, yes it can. Being overweight carries a big burden on your body and can mess with your fertility.
When I was trying to get pregnant with our 2nd child it took almost 3yrs and I had miscarriages in the process.
When I saw a fertility specialist he put me on a diet and told me to loose some weight. I lost 17lbs and sucessfully got pregnant with our daughter. I maintained my weight and lost a little more after having her and got pregnant again with our third child. So after loosing weight and getting healthier I went from 3 years of trying to get pregnant to gettign pregnant very easy.well i think after your pregent you wont have as hard as a time losing all that baby weight but you might want to talk to your doctor or person trainer to see what kind of exercises you should do because doing the wrong exercises could be dangerous to the baby. no i never heard of that women of all sizes get pregnanttry the baby Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
