i need Flash tutorials about " how to make Websites"

    i like to have a couple of tutorials that .... explain how to make a dynamic website .. i mean a very pro one .. like templates in http://www.templatemonster.com/ ... So, what i need it it just the way of how can i make it run it very fast ... and what the codes that i need to change the pages and these stuff and also i have a template that i really like it and its (fla ) i can read it .. but i need someone that can explain all layers that inside ..

    i know i just request a lot of things but ,, i really like to know because i like to create .. many stylish web sites .. using flash ...
