    A judge has now dismissed the case brought forth by Attorney Philip Berg. Berg, a devout supporter of Hillary Clinton, is claiming that Obama isn't eligible to be the Prez, because the candidate wasn't really born in the USA.
    It's not a new controversy. Months ago Factcheck.org checked out Obama's Hawaiian Birth Certificate and found it to be authentic.
    Thing is, Factcheck.org, considered a non-partisan, non-profit, consumer advocate for voters, has a connection to Obama.
    Factcheck is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania. It is funded primarily by the Annenburg Foundation, the same foundation that oversaw funding to the Chicago Annenberg Challenge.
    Ring a bell? Barack Obama was on it's board of directors, in fact named it's founding Chairman. And yes, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge helped get it's start from one Bill Ayers. Ayers, founder of the radical Weathermen, who launched a campaign of bombings that would target the Pentagon and United States Capitol.
